2 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 cup fat-free milk

LUNCH

¾ cup orange juice
Lean roast beef sandwich:
   2 slices rye bread1 spread with 2 tsp. spicy mustard, topped with
   3 oz. lean deli roast beef, romaine lettuce leaf, sliced onion and sliced tomato
6 dried apricot halves
18 almonds

DINNER

Tossed salad with 2 cups romaine lettuce, ½ cup sliced cucumber, ½ cup sliced red bell pepper with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and balsamic vinegar
1 serving Apple Chicken Stir-Fry
1 cup canned pineapple chunks, packed in juice

SNACKS2,3

1 oz. roasted pumpkin seeds
1 medium banana
Sugar free hot cocoa prepared with 1 cup fat-free milk
