Increase Your Muscle Mass
To increase your muscle mass you can combine a program that improves your
eating habits and teaches portion control with a comprehensive exercise plan. To
be comprehensive, your exercise plan should include:
- aerobic (calorie burning) activities such as walking, cycling, hiking,
jogging, etc.
- weight bearing activities like walking that build bone density
- strength training activities that tone and build muscle.
