What can I do to lower my health risk?

Decreasing body fat in a way that is healthy and safe is the best way to lower your health risk. Most people lose weight when they lose body fat, and since weight is easy to track, we will use the term “weight reduction” to mean “fat reduction.”

To find out if you should lose weight, talk to you doctor.
