The 90-Day Fitness Walking Program
A day-by-day guide to starting and maintaining a fitness walking
program for first-time exercisers or those who have tried
exercising and failed. Meant to be read one day at a time (in two
minutes a day), the program starts with a ten-minute walk and
builds safely and gradually to the Surgeon Generals
recommendation of a brisk 30-minute walk on most, preferably all,
