Food Guide Pyramid
The Food Guide Pyramid serves as an educational tool that helps put the Dietary Guidelines into practice. It translates the Recommended Daily Allowances (RDA) and Dietary Guidelines into kinds and amounts of foods to eat each day. A copy of the Food Guide Pyramid can be found in Appendix I.
