Eating And Exercising: A Delicate Balancing Act!

Eating is fun, and so is exercising. Given the choice, though, most of us would prefer brownies to biking. But we have to face facts: if you eat too much -- and exercise too little -- you will gain weight. It's as simple as that.

We're not suggesting you give up pizza and ice cream forever -- or take up marathon races. All we're suggesting is a balancing act -- between your eating activity and your physical activity. Just think about little changes in you life -- nothing extreme. With a little "give and take" you'll find that "sensible" can be "satisfying" and you won't feel the need to "go off yet another diet."

So give it a try! Then ask yourself this question: isn't it better to add years your life -- instead of adding inches to your waist?
