That depends on WHY you're exercising. If you are trying to lose weight, experts suggest at least 35-45 minutes, five times a week. If you are maintaining your weight and interested in improving your physical fitness,

three to four times a week for 30 minutes is all you need. Keep in mind -- if you can't find a full hour or 30 minutes, exercise smaller blocks of time. Some physical activity is better than none.
